The Bell run by Penny Doe and Kylie Turkov-Ferguson and is a traditional beamed public house offering a warm welcome with real ales and homemade food. 

 

Traditional pub games such as shove ha'penny, shut the box, dominoes and cribbage are played.  They have a pub quiz every Sunday.  Live music (acoustic guitars) every Friday and Live Jazz the last Sunday lunchtime in the month.  During

the third weekend in July they hold an annual beer festival and also a small winter festival in late November.

 

The beers usually available are Mighty Oak Maldon Gold, Adnams Best, Mighty Oak IPA, Carlsberg, Kronenbourg, Guinness and Guest Ales which change monthly.

Freshly prepared and served every session, the vast majority of the menu is using local produce

Children and lighter appetites catered for and they are happy to discuss allergy requirements
